Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Embracing and prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion is necessary for our growth. Diversity in the workplace is understanding that everyone is unique, equity ensures we are creating systems and fostering experiences that promote fairness for all, and inclusivity is building an environment that values open participation from people with different ideas and perspectives. This is how we thrive.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives
New Hire Lunches
New Hire Lunches aim to welcome each and every new Crederian to the firm. These lunches pair new hires with a variety of people from the same Credera location for a get-to-know-you lunch.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Round Tables
Credera Round Tables are focused on having authentic, open conversations about specific diversity and inclusion related topics. These small groups include Crederians from all practices and levels. Past topics include privilege and how to practice workplace inclusivity.
Credera Celebrates
Credera Celebrates increases awareness of the faiths, cultures, backgrounds, and histories that Credera employees represent. At each office, employees engage others through company-wide events and communication.

Credera Listens
Credera Listens is a panel-style series that creates spaces to learn and grow by listening to diverse experiences, unique perspectives, and challenging questions. Each series features different executives who discuss topics such as allyship, unconscious bias, celebrating diversity, and many others.

Download Now"As a firm powered by our people, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) are mission-critical priorities that collectively ensure that every Crederian is treated with respect and care, uniquely supported throughout their career, feels like they are a part of the family, and ultimately has the opportunity to be their whole and best self at work. DE&I must be woven into the very nature of our daily activities, core to our company’s DNA and strategy, and etched into the hearts and minds of our people. We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and can thrive to make an extraordinary impact on our people, our clients, and our communities."
Nickoria Johnson
Chief Diversity Officer
"Diversity without inclusion is unsustainable at best. I’m proud that Credera’s culture is one that not only includes, but truly celebrates a broad array of personal experiences. From the entry level to the C-suite, what unites Credera’s people is not what we look like or where we’re from, but rather the humility, openness, and growth mindset with which we approach new relationships."
Ileana Martinez
Senior Consultant, Management Consulting
As an out lesbian, it's extremely comforting to have a group that is actively invested in issues that impact me and my life. The fact that OPEN Pride Credera is a new, growing Employee Resource Group has also given me opportunities to grow as a leader and fight to make everyone feel comfortable being their authentic self at work. Whether it's a happy hour, a book club discussion, or participating in a panel, I've been lucky to find an avenue to express myself and, hopefully, inspire others.
Annie Brennan
Manager, Management Consulting
“As we look to the future, we’re being very strategic about hiring people who enhance our culture (not just fit it) and continue to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.”
Justin Bell
CEO & President
"Our firm isn’t perfect at diversity, equity, and inclusivity, but we are committed to relentlessly asking how we can do better, making space for honest and difficult conversations, and doing the work to lift up and provide employees with resources to be better leaders and better teammates."
