They have more than 100,000 members, which are typically hospitals or hospital systems. Together with their members, Vizient is fueling new business models and new approaches to care—all through the power of data.

Vizient engaged Credera to build a custom application to replace their legacy system, allowing Vizient to rise above the competition and make an important difference in the national healthcare system. Vizient wanted to provide a tool that helps health care providers reduce overall spending, and in turn, reduce the cost to consumers

The Solution

Differentiating through a new analytics application.

As competitors began adopting similar products and practices, Vizient realized they needed to pivot and take a more iterative approach. Vizient needed a differentiator to put them back on top. They implemented a new platform, called Vizient Savings Actualyzer, to replace their legacy system. The new user interface was designed more intuitively and geared toward quick data access.

Vizient had a great vision for the new platform, Credera simply came alongside them to make the vision a reality.
