Credera built an end-to-end time collection solution integrating multiple sources of electronic and manual timesheets, collating the data into a centralized rules engine calculating payroll and billing, and supporting a multi-step review process​.

The process of collecting time worked was a laborious recurring task for the payroll and billing teams as 50% associates submitted paper timecards that had to be manually entered each week.​

EmployBridge wanted to improve their processes and automate time collection by providing an easy-to-use alternative to paper timecards that expedited payroll and reduced costs.​

The Solution

Transforming legacy systems.

Credera began with a detailed envision phase designing a reliable, secure integration to EmployBridge’s preferred electronic time provider. We then modified existing electronic time integrations to leverage the same unified​ data model.​

We surfaced the collated time from all sources through a new suite of validation applications to ensure data accuracy, apply rule-based rate modifications, determine sick leave eligibility, calculate overtime allocations, format the payroll/billing data, and integrate it into EmployBridge’s ERP system for processing.​

We supported the deployment and training of the new solution in a multi-phased regional rollout.​
