Omnicom named a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Commerce Services, Q1 2026

Credera parent company Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) has been named a Leader by global research and advisory firm Forrester in “The Forrester Wave™: Commerce Services, Q1 2026.”

Within Forrester’s 23-criterion evaluation, Omnicom received the highest scores possible in 18 criteria, including vision, innovation, global delivery strategy, and AI-powered commerce strategy, technology, and operations.

“This recognition from Forrester validates what we see every day working with brands and retailers: The winners in commerce are the ones who architect for orchestration, not just channels or tactics,” said Olin Moran, Partner and Commerce Lead at Credera. “They connect demand, loyalty, and data into one coherent strategy that works across marketplaces, retail media, and physical stores.
