We recently conducted a MarTech assessment for a company that ranks in the top 10 of the global Fortune 500. During a discovery workshop, we asked a roomful of client contacts how their enterprise goes about producing and deploying content. There was silence. Then someone spoke up.

After first checking to make sure she wasn’t being recorded, she answered, “Emails and egos.” It’s funny because it’s so familiar. And so universal.
