A culture conducive to innovation is not only good for a company’s bottom line, but also something that leaders and employees value in the workplace, according to the Harvard Business Review. It’s easy to say you’re an innovative organization, but it’s another to demonstrate it for the world to see.
At Credera, our culture of innovation is shown in many different ways. While there are countless examples of innovation at Credera, we decided to dive a little deeper into some of the internal innovation initiatives at Credera, innovative learning opportunities, and the types of innovative projects our consultants are a part of. Seeing our colleagues innovate and thrive is a core part of Credera’s culture.
In this video, Principal John Franks and Senior Consultant Tom Kelm, both in our Data & Analytics Practice, share their experience at the I-COM Hackathon in Malaga, Spain, and the success Credera achieved in partnership with our fellow Omnicom Precision Marketing Group sister-agency, RAPP. Tom and John explain how innovation was a key piece of how they attacked new problems and ultimately discovered winning solutions during the hackathon.
Finding new ways to do things is a primary motivator for many of Credera’s people. We seize opportunities to solve our client’s problems with innovative solutions and technologies to develop the best solution with them. John and Tom explain more about how this drive to find unique and better solutions helps them partner with clients for growth.
“I think it’s important that we pursue innovation. New frontiers, new technologies, new tools, and new ways to serve our clients.” – John Franks, Principal, Data & Analytics
