Where we are
As a global, boutique consulting firm, Credera is focused on continuing to grow both geographically and relationally. We currently have offices in Dallas, Houston, Denver, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, and New York in the U.S. In the past few years we’ve established a global presence in the UK and have build centers in Costa Rica, Mauritius, and India.
Credera’s people-first focus gives you the opportunity to grow your consulting career while at the same time allowing you to plant roots in your community if that is the path you choose. You will not be required to travel for project work, but the opportunity to travel is available if it’s your preference.
Our Flexible Connection Model allows the project teams you are a part of to make inclusive decisions about where you work and establish core collaborative working hours. As part of this model, you will:
Be assigned to a Credera geography to begin your consulting career and you will be expected to work from that location as determined by your project team
Work from the Credera office or a flexible location of your choosing outside of your team’s in-person, collaborative working schedule
Have the opportunity to be staffed on local or national clients, with travel expectations varying depending on the client’s and project’s needs and your personal preferences
Have the choice to participate in internal activities in-person or remotely
