Melanie’s Story

Melanie was always drawn to meeting new people, hearing their stories, and learning about other cultures. She wasn't sure how that would play out in her "day" job and figured she would need to indulge her passion for other cultures through volunteer work or perhaps moving out of the country later in life.  

But six months into her consulting career at Credera, she was given two opportunities to be involved in global work and build relationships with coworkers from across the globe. These two moments really exemplified to Melanie what it meant that Credera is a “global boutique” firm. 

“I never imagined the experiences that Credera would offer me in my very first year of my career, during a pandemic, and from the comfort of my apartment in Houston, Texas,” shared Melanie. “Starting my career at Credera has unlocked amazing global opportunities.”
