The challenge

Evelyn Partners’ purpose is to place the power of good advice into more hands. To help them better achieve this, they asked for our help delivering a new web and mobile portal for their clients to track their portfolios and engage with their wealth managers. They recognised , at that point in time, that they lacked the internal expertise to build the necessary capabilities quickly. They sought Credera’s support to help them navigate this transformation, particularly in areas such as handling complex data models and ensuring secure, efficient client interactions.

Our approach

To meet this challenge head-on, we assembled two specialised teams to deliver tailored solutions:

• Middleware Development Team: They designed a scalable, cloud-native Azure middleware solution to enable the new portal app to synchronise data with Evelyn Partners’ internal wealth management system. They migrated the entire client base to the new portal within a tight deadline.

• Engineering Support Team: They helped Evelyn Partners establish a new engineering function to maintain and continuously improve their new web and mobile portal. They provided essential training, governance, and best practices to ensure long-term success and sustainability.

The solution

We leveraged Microsoft Azure’s Data Factory to create a cloud-native solution that transformed complex data models and seamlessly integrated them into the new portal. This migration ensured a smooth transition for all users to the updated system, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.
