Neurodiversity Celebration Week: Credera is joining Neurodiversity in Business

It’s Neurodiversity Celebration Week, and in line with Credera’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are extremely pleased to announce that Credera has joined Neurodiversity in Business - an initiative to help ensure greater workplace inclusion of the neurodivergent community.
Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) is an industry forum to support the participation of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace recently launched at the Houses of Parliament.
The organisation, led by Dan Harris, Chief Executive Officer, draws upon the cumulative knowledge of neurodivergent experts and leading companies to share best practices and improve the employment and experience of the neurodiverse workforce.
Speaking upon admission to NiB, Stuart Jackson, Director and UK CredABILITY lead said: “I’m very pleased that Credera has chosen to join NiB, and at a time when neurodiversity is so much part of the national conversation.
It’s not just about equality, it’s about enhancing our culture, our business, and outcomes for our clients.
In championing a workplace where neurodiversity is embraced, we unlock the full spectrum of human potential, fostering innovation, empathy, and resilience in every corner of our organisation.”
As Credera joined NiB, Dan Harris, CEO said:
"We are delighted that Credera has become a member of NiB. It signals their commitment to ensuring a truly inclusive workplace and a desire to strive for the best in diversity and inclusion standards.
