Cristina is a Partner and the Management Consulting Practice Lead at Credera, based in the Dallas office. She joined the firm as a senior consultant in 2012 and now leads the national practice. Cristina focuses on leading the team through people development, operations, and service offerings support. Throughout her consulting career, Cristina has worked across multiple industries including healthcare, consumer goods, retail, chemical, and communications.  

Cristina has over twelve years of consulting experience, bringing expertise in program and project leadership, requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, and process re-engineering. Prior to joining Credera, Cristina was a consultant at Deloitte. Cristina also spent time as an educator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area teaching high school Algebra and Geometry with Teach For America.  

Cristina graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and as a Mays Business School Fellow. She also served on The Ursuline Academy of Dallas Alumnae Board and is now involved in her daughters’ elementary school Home and School Association. Cristina loves to spend time with her husband, Nick, and three daughters, Carla, Nora, and Lucia.
