Amanda is the Senior Director of Talent Development for Credera U.S. Prior to leading our Talent Development team, which focuses on creating exceptional leaders, Amanda advised senior executives on organic and inorganic growth strategies. She specialized in complex, global transformations with a focus on preventing market-facing disruption.  She has authored points of view on cultivating high-performing, self-governing teams as well as how to stand up new IT organizations during organizational spin-offs.

Amanda joined Credera’s Management Consulting practice in October 2021 from Deloitte Consulting, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions for Fortune 500 life sciences and healthcare companies across the globe. At Credera, she serves on our Denver Leadership Team and is passionate about helping to instill a deep sense of confidence within all of our employees so they may lead healthy, productive, and meaningful lives.
