Alexandra (Alex) Moore is the Senior Director of Talent at Credera. Alex is located in our Houston office. Alex joined the firm in 2016 and currently leads Credera’s Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams. In her role, Alex oversees teams that are responsible for Credera’s US-based student and experienced professional recruitment. In addition, she manages the firm’s custom learning programs, new talent onboarding and integration initiatives, and career and leadership development best practices. She also champions Credera’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts. This role includes leading the firm’s DE&I Committee and sponsoring the firm’s Employee Resource Groups: Credera Women’s Network (CWN), Open Pride Credera (OPC), and CredColor. Prior to Credera, Alex focused on talent acquisition at a variety of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations in the gaming, renewable energy, oil and gas, traditional power, and semiconductor industries.  

Alex was on the swimming and diving team at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Corporate Communication. She currently serves on volunteer committees for the Freedom Church Alliance and Sky High for Kids. Outside of the office, Alex loves spending time with her husband, Steve, and son, Graeme. She also enjoys playing tennis, running, and experiencing different cultures through travel.
