The Challenge

The company sought Credera's help in finding a solution that would automate arduous processes and workflows across the company so employees could focus their time on executing larger business goals. Before our partnership, manual, labor-intensive processes saw higher inefficiency and wider errors across the firm. They also relied heavily on their internal IT teams for automation, support, and tool deployment, which created a strain on IT.

The Solution

Built It Yourself implementation.

We implemented our Built It Yourself (BIY) solution to empower the company to build a customized workflow automation plan that would suit the unique needs of multiple departments and teams across the business. The solution is easy for non-technical team members to use, requiring no additional staff training or coding knowledge.

BIY can be configured and executed directly on production and security access control and includes testing and publishing features, alongside other built-in functions like search, reporting, service-level agreement (SLA) management, and service cataloging.
