Looking to improve their operational data and analytics capabilities, EmployBridge asked Credera to help define key metrics to evaluate their branches’ performance. Reporting on these metrics on a regular basis would enable EmployBridge to identify specific areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to branch staff and leadership.​

The Solution

  • Researched and documented each business and technical process flow that applicants and associates follow to ensure reported metrics would lead to measurable improvement.

  • Collaborated with EmployBridge's Data and Analytics team to define the most relevant, meaningful metrics given only 18% of applicants followed the previously expected flow within the CRM application.​

  • Facilitated multiple rounds of agile development, executed QA testing, and regularly presented results to executives to ensure the project met their business objectives​.
