EmployBridge, the largest supplier of specialty staffing in the U.S., onboards a 15,000 associates every week. That results in an incredibly high volume of associates printing and signing dozens of onboarding documents and spending hours working with EmployBridge staff to sign. EmployBridge wanted a fully digital and mobile-friendly user experience throughout all steps of the associate journey. Credera was engaged to build a fully digital and mobile-friendly onboarding processes. The resulting solution has saved over 85 million sheets of paper, 2 million staff hours, and $40 million in two years.

The Challenge

Using process automation to create new on-boarding plans.

EmployBridge, the largest supplier of specialty staffing in the U.S., onboards a 15,000 associates every week. That results in an incredibly high volume of associates printing and signing dozens of onboarding documents and spending hours working with EmployBridge staff to sign.​

The onboarding process was often a chokepoint for associates and in the fast-paced and highly competitive world of temporary staffing, delays to the process can result in the associate moving on to a competitor.  EmployBridge wanted a fully digital and mobile-friendly user experience throughout all steps of the associate journey. ​

The Solution

Exploring options and integrating the technology.

Credera began with an analysis of digital signature platforms that could operate at the scale of EmployBridge’s onboarding needs and quickly narrowed the list to two providers. EmployBridge decided to work with Adobe Sign, the digital signature solution in Adobe Document Cloud. ​

We integrated Adobe Sign APIs into the Credera-developed associate portal and defined more than 150 document templates in Adobe Sign. EmployBridge’s national presence required the integration to dynamically assemble the onboarding packets based on the associates’ location (e.g., federal, state, and local laws), brand (EmployBridge operates as 15 branded verticals), assigned branch, and even client-specific documents.  ​
