What programming does OPC focus on?

We envision a workplace where it is unremarkable to be out at work – one where LGBTQ+ members are visible and dialogue about topics important to our community is common. Our mission is to achieve that through programming focused on education around allyship and intersectionality, and increasing dialogue and promoting a culture of inclusion, connectedness, and continued learning. We’re open to LGBTQ+ employees and allies.

What's happening within OPC?

OPC events are built for members of the LGBTQ+ community, our allies, and the entire firm. They include internally-focused events inside and outside our offices, community service opportunities, and other initiatives focused on our four pillars of inclusion, leadership, community, and business. Events have included virtual and in-person happy hours, 5Ks to support local LGBTQ+ causes, movie screenings, and diverse leadership panels.
