Credera Thrive prioritizes the well-being of our employees by fostering a culture of wellness. We provide education and support to employees through our three pillars:

Raise the general awareness of mental, physical, and social wellbeing by kickstarting conversations within teams and groups at Credera to reduce stigma.

What’s happening within Credera Thrive?

We believe sharing stories and spending time with others will positively impact our overall well-being. Because of this, Credera Thrive hosts many events, including podcasts, webinars, and panels.

We also offer a number of self-managed clubs including running, cycling, football, yoga, and encourage the awareness of healthy nutrition through nutritional talks and wellbeing gifts.

CREDERA THRIVE SPOTLIGHT

Mental Health First Aiders Program.

We are proud to have launched our Mental Health First Aiders Program at Credera. We have various team members, representing different levels of the company and in varying locations, who are specially trained to support Credera team members who are experiencing a mental health challenge. It is through this support system that we aim to meet the needs of our Credera team members experiencing a difficult time in their lives and walk alongside them.
