Rob is the CEO of Credera. He is responsible for the leadership and growth of Credera, including business development, recruiting and staff development, financial performance, and overall operations of the firm. When Rob was asked to lead Credera in 2004, he wanted to take the firm to the next level and work with people who were not only great at what they do, but were also great people he would enjoy spending time with outside the office.
Rob has over 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting in a variety of industries. He has served some of the largest and most influential corporations in the world in areas that include business strategy, business transformation, strategic technology planning, and large-scale application development and implementation.
Rob graduated from University of Texas at Austin in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. He enjoys time with his wife and four children and is a member of the Maverick YPO Gold chapter, Northwood Club, and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.
Justin is the president of Credera and leads consulting operations including business development, staffing and project execution as well as overall strategic planning for the firm. He guides Credera’s Leadership Team and Partner Team as they work to accomplish strategic goals set by the CEO.
When Justin joined Credera as a manager in 2004, he was looking for an opportunity to lead and make a major contribution, utilize his technology skills and experience to help clients solve business problems, and work with the best and brightest employees and clients. Justin brings over 17 years of consulting and technology experience across a wide range of industries including digital, retail, entertainment, transportation, medical, and hospitality. He is a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas and Oklahoma State University. Justin graduated from Oklahoma State University.
Matt is the co-founder of Credera and managing director. In 1998, when Matt helped start Credera, he dreamed of working with a group of leaders he both admired and respected. Matt focuses on growing Credera and enjoys working with entrepreneurial leaders who are considering their company’s next major growth step. Matt’s emphasis is in organizational health and culture, marketing and technology. Matt leads Credera’s marketing efforts and is an active investor and director in several other companies. Matt graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 and is a member of the Lone Star YPO chapter and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.
David is a vice president in Credera’s Management Consulting Practice and serves as the firm’s chief financial officer. After spending time with larger firms, he was ready to work with a group of people focused on excellence while making a positive difference in the lives of others. David enjoys leading talented teams as they solve clients’ tough business/technology challenges and capitalize on major business opportunities. Twenty-seven years of management consulting and technology experience across a wide range of industries helps him bring valuable insight to both Credera professionals and clients. He graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He enjoys time with his wife and daughter, and is an active member of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church in Carrollton, Texas.
Trent joined Credera in 2007 to start and run the firm’s Microsoft Solutions Practice. Trent enjoys working with many of the brightest minds in this space. He was drawn to Credera by its unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit and top-quality, mature processes. Trent’s primary responsibilities include general management of the Microsoft Solutions Practice, business development, client relationship management, and investing time in the future leaders of the firm. Trent graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and is a certified project management professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Scott is a strategic advisor and leader, overseeing many of Credera’s client relationships. He began his management consulting career 20 years ago with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and brings experience in corporate strategy, transformational change, organization design and development, culture, governance, customer experience and loyalty, sales and marketing strategy, business intelligence and analytics, software development and IT strategy. Scott brings real-life leadership experience from his prior C-level roles in private equity and entrepreneurial ventures. Scott is a graduate of Texas A&M University and completed the finance and accounting executive education program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Andrew joined Credera in 2007 as a senior manager and is now vice president, responsible for the firm's Management Consulting Practice. When he joined Credera, Andrew was looking for an organization committed to servant leadership—making leaders of each other, our teams, and our clients—and the opportunity to utilize the full breadth of strategic services and technology solutions. He has more than 20 years of management and technology consulting experience, with a focus on business process redesign, business and IT strategy, and program/project leadership. Andrew has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-market clients across numerous industries including retail, tradeshow, oil and gas, chemical, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and industrial waste services. He received his bachelor of business administration in finance and international business from Baylor University.
Pete joined Credera in 2013 as vice president where he focuses on building long-term client relationships through the delivery of high quality solutions that produce real business value. He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience in areas such as strategic technology planning, enterprise architecture, and the design and implementation of web and mobile solutions. Pete's commitment to mentorship and people development is a great asset to the Credera team. Pete is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jason joined Credera in August of 2014 as a Principal Architect in the Technology Architecture and Strategy practice and is now Vice President. He plays an important leadership role as it relates to client technology solutions, company development, and technical thought leadership. Jason has 22 years’ experience in system development with a focus on technology and architecture strategy. Prior to Credera, Jason’s experience includes leading technology teams of all sizes, from startups to the Fortune 500. He has led several transformative efforts such as leading an overhaul of American Airlines customer facing applications. He also led team of architects that designed custom cloud solutions at Verizon Enterprise Solutions. Jason and his wife Leslie have 4 children and live in Dallas, TX.
Kevin McDonald joined Credera in Houston on November 15th as Vice President and Partner. In this role, Kevin has organizational responsibility of leading Credera’s market growth strategy, consulting operations, our talented team of consulting professionals, and philanthropic efforts in the community for the greater Houston area. Kevin’s background includes nearly 20 years of consulting and technology experience with leadership roles at Sparkhound, Catapult Systems, and Microsoft. Kevin brings a unique management consulting and technology skillset to Credera with a pedigree of helping clients develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, compensation programs and effectiveness, business and IT alignment, Cloud strategies, Analytics and Business Intelligence, and Custom application development solutions. Kevin graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems.
Kevin is a Vice President at Credera and has more than 20 years of management consulting, strategy, and operations experience. At Credera, Kevin is responsible for our Strategy & Operations Service Area, Management Consulting Practice, and Denver go-to-market strategy. His client work includes strategic growth initiatives, financial and operational process design, M&A due diligence, and post-merger integration. Prior to joining Credera, Kevin worked in venture capital and was a management consultant at Accenture. Mr. Erickson earned his MBA from The University of Chicago and his B.A. from Taylor University. Kevin is an avid reader and is the proud father of three girls.
Jake is a Vice President at Credera and joined in 2013 as a Manager in our Management Consulting Practice. At Credera, Jake is responsible for the company’s Innovation Service Area. His work at Credera focuses on innovation strategy, product strategy, new product development, and design thinking. Jake has fifteen years of technology experience, including work for both Google and Zynga. Prior to joining Credera, he was a Product Manager at Zynga, where he worked on new game development. Previously, he worked with Google’s Apps, Enterprise, Online Operations, and People Operations teams. In addition, Jake has led two early-stage startups and has worked as an independent web designer. He holds an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a BA with Honors from Northwestern University. Jake lives in the Dallas area with his wife and two girls.
