President & CEO
Rob is the president and CEO of Credera. He is responsible for the leadership and growth of Credera, including business development, recruiting and staff development, financial performance, and overall operations of the firm. When Rob was asked to lead Credera in 2004, he wanted to take the firm to the next level and work with people who were not only great at what they do, but were also great people he would enjoy spending time with outside the office.
Rob has over 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting in a variety of industries. He has served some of the largest and most influential corporations in the world in areas that include business strategy, business transformation, strategic technology planning, and large-scale application development and implementation.
Rob graduated from University of Texas at Austin in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. He enjoys time with his wife and four children and is a member of the Maverick WPO chapter, Northwood Club, and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.
Matt is the co-founder of Credera, managing director and board member. In 1998, when Matt helped start Credera, he dreamed of working with a group of leaders he both admired and respected. Matt focuses on growing Credera and enjoys working with entrepreneurial leaders who are considering their company’s next major growth step. Matt’s emphasis is in organizational health and culture, marketing and technology. Matt leads Credera’s marketing efforts and is an active investor and director in several other companies. Matt graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 and is a member of the Lone Star YPO chapter and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.
David is a vice president in Credera’s Management Consulting Practice and serves as the firm’s chief financial officer. After spending time with larger firms, he was ready to work with a group of people focused on excellence while making a positive difference in the lives of others. David enjoys leading talented teams as they solve clients’ tough business/technology challenges and capitalize on major business opportunities. Twenty-seven years of management consulting and technology experience across a wide range of industries helps him bring valuable insight to both Credera professionals and clients. He graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He enjoys time with his wife and daughter, and is an active member of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church in Carrollton, Texas.
Justin is a vice president responsible for business development and leadership of many of our client relationships. When Justin joined Credera as a manager, he was looking for an opportunity to lead and make a major contribution, utilize his technology skills and experience to help clients solve business problems, and work with the best and brightest employees and clients. Justin has 15 years of consulting and technology experience in the retail, transportation, and hospitality industries, as well as mobile and ecommerce solutions. He is a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas and Oklahoma State University. Justin graduated from Oklahoma State University.
Trent joined Credera in 2007 to start and run the firm’s Microsoft Solutions Practice. Trent enjoys working with many of the brightest minds in this space. He was drawn to Credera by its unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit and top-quality, mature processes. Trent’s primary responsibilities include general management of the Microsoft Solutions Practice, business development, client relationship management, and investing time in the future leaders of the firm. Trent graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and is a certified project management professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Scott is a strategic advisor and leader, overseeing many of Credera’s client relationships. He began his management consulting career 20 years ago with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and brings experience in corporate strategy, transformational change, organization design and development, culture, governance, customer experience and loyalty, sales and marketing strategy, business intelligence and analytics, software development and IT strategy. Scott brings real-life leadership experience from his prior C-level roles in private equity and entrepreneurial ventures. Scott is a graduate of Texas A&M University and completed the finance and accounting executive education program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Andrew joined Credera in 2007 as a senior manager and is now vice president, responsible for the firm's Management Consulting Practice. When he joined Credera, Andrew was looking for an organization committed to servant leadership—making leaders of each other, our teams, and our clients—and the opportunity to utilize the full breadth of strategic services and technology solutions. He has more than 20 years of management and technology consulting experience, with a focus on business process redesign, business and IT strategy, and program/project leadership. Andrew has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-market clients across numerous industries including retail, tradeshow, oil and gas, chemical, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and industrial waste services. He received his bachelor of business administration in finance and international business from Baylor University.
Pete joined Credera in 2013 as vice president where he focuses on building long-term client relationships through the delivery of high quality solutions that produce real business value. He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience in areas such as strategic technology planning, enterprise architecture, and the design and implementation of web and mobile solutions. Pete's commitment to mentorship and people development is a great asset to the Credera team. Pete is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Derek joined Credera in 2016 as vice president. He is responsible for the leadership and growth of Credera’s Denver office. Derek’s background includes 20 years of service with Avanade and Accenture where he held roles such as Vice President of Growth and Strategy and Chief Technology Officer. Most recently Derek served as Vice President of IT for a billion-dollar division of a large real estate conglomerate. Derek brings to Credera a wealth of experience in both management consulting and technology-related services, in areas ranging from corporate strategy to enterprise architecture and innovation to operational excellence. Derek’s passion and experience around developing new markets as well as growing cultures and the people within them are significant assets to Credera and its growth strategy. Derek is an Electrical Engineering graduate of the University of Arizona and holds a MBA from the University of Southern California.
External Board Members & Advisors
Kyle is one of the founding trustees and the lead campus pastor at Watermark Community Church Plano. Kyle grew up in Dallas and attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla., on a baseball scholarship and majored in business marketing. He worked in the employee benefits business for five years before going into full-time ministry with Young Life in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas. After nine years with Young Life, Kyle and his family (with seven other families) started Watermark Community Church and joined their staff shortly thereafter as the pastor of community. Kyle has served as a trusted advisor and friend to Credera since 2004.
Erik T. Bahr
Erik currently serves as a Client Partner in the Global Marketing Solutions division at Facebook, Inc. Since joining the company in 2008, he has consulted with companies such as Southwest Airlines, Walmart, AT&T and Anheuser-Busch InBev to help direct their marketing strategy, creative development and executions. With over 20 years of digital marketing experience, Erik also spent 10 years at Yahoo! aiding a variety of clients with their advertising efforts with both direct client responsibilities and in sales management. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he received a bachelor’s degree and was a multi-year letterman in football. Erik lives in Dallas with his wife and two sons. Erik has served as a trusted advisor and friend to Credera and its partners since 2010.
Jon is an accomplished entrepreneur, business builder, team leader, strategist, and consultant. Colleagues and clients recognize and respect his skill at assessing business dynamics, seeing opportunities, creating a vision for change and growth, and building and leading a team to collaborate and achieve exceptional results together. Jon is currently the founder and CEO of nGame, a software start-up focused on using insights gathered from social media data to augment the customer intelligence and customer relationship management capabilities of consumer-focused companies. In 2009, Jon funded and co-founded Tech Wildcatters, a mentor-driven seed-stage accelerator in Dallas/Fort Worth. Jon has served as a trusted advisor and friend to Credera since 2012.
