The Dallas Morning News Recognizes Credera as a 4-Time Winner of The Top 100 Places to Work

On Thursday, November 17th, The Dallas Morning News named Credera the 20th top place to work in Dallas/Fort Worth. The announcements were made at the 8th annual Top 100 Places to Work awards luncheon at the Omni Dallas Hotel. This is Credera’s fourth time to be named a Top Place to Work by The Dallas Morning News.

“It is an honor to be recognized by The Dallas Morning News as a top workplace. We have a great team of talented professionals that love to work together and serve our clients.” said Justin Bell, President, Credera. “Credera has an unwavering commitment to providing a positive work environment and values-driven culture for our employees, and it is our honor to provide them a fantastic place to work.”

The Top 100 Places to Work program is designed to highlight organizations in the DFW community that are creating exceptional company cultures and great work environments for their employees. Rankings are based solely on confidential responses from employees. A survey facilitated by WorkplaceDynamics was send to over 300 DFW companies. Employees were asked to honestly rate key aspects of their employer including connection, direction, execution, work environment, pay & benefits, and management.

One Crederian says, “Credera has the best culture of almost any company I’ve ever heard of, and it’s not because of marketing gimmicks, it’s because the people here really care about each other, really care about doing what’s best for our clients, and have a lot of fun together.”

Several of our valued clients were also recognized. Congratulations to Pioneer Natural Resources, Texas Health Resources, Watermark Community Church, and The Container Store, we are honored to have the opportunity to work alongside each of you!
