When a large client account had to stop a project prematurely, the typical response would be to redistribute the employees on that client as quickly as possible so they could get back to billable work and billable outcomes.

But as Justin shares, Credera decided to take a different approach.

“We essentially had a launch party or a go live party where we could celebrate the accomplishments that team had achieved together and the amazing culture they had established. We wanted to memorialize what they had done that was special, even though the outcome of the project wasn’t what we hoped.”
