With that in mind, we’re excited to introduce you to leaders across all levels at Credera and their unique stories and perspectives through a blog series called, My Credera Story.
This week you’ll get to know Josh Hamit, a Principal Architect in our Open Technology Solutions practice.
Josh met Credera at a college career fair coming out of the Great Recession in 2010. At the time, Josh had a passion for words and the meaning behind them, so he initially gravitated toward Credera because he knew the root word of Credera was credere, meaning “to believe.” He wanted to learn more and see what Credera was truly about. After meeting the people at Credera, he decided to join the firm. Josh joined the firm as a consultant, but because of his growth-mindset, commitment to his craft, and high character, Josh was promoted to Principal in early 2020.
“He was one of those people who said, ‘What can I actively do better?’ That’s when I realized there was a difference between mentoring and coaching. A lot of people focus on mentoring, but Josh also made sure he was getting plenty of coaching and I think that helped him to excel.” says Phil Lockhart, Credera’s Chief Digital Officer.
