As we shared in the first video in our Legacy video series, this expression of our legacy was formalized during a Credera partner retreat in 2019. Credera’s Global CEO and President Justin Bell asked the partner team to consider, “What do you want to be true of Credera when you leave the firm?” Or more simply, “What is your legacy?” Each partner spent time considering the question and submitted statements they wanted to be true of their impact.
Hear From Our Leaders About Legacy
Three consistent themes emerged. Credera leaders want to create a legacy among our clients, our people, and our communities.

Why Leaving a Legacy With Our People Matters
At Credera, we desire to be a different type of consulting firm. From the beginning, we were built on a relationship-oriented, values-centric model where our highest ambition was to build strong, high-trust relationships with both employees and clients. Credera’s founders wanted to build a workplace where employees could do great work for clients, but also be great in their personal lives and workplace as well.
Our leaders have stayed true to that vision for more than 20 years. As much as we’ve grown, and as much as we want to serve our clients and deliver excellent results, our people are the lifeblood of our company, and empowering and investing in them is still one of our highest ambitions. We don’t measure our success by our own accomplishments, but by how we’ve set up the people we work with and coach each day to be even more successful than ourselves.
