Leading Marketing Analytics Platform’s (MAP) speed to value greatly accelerated through SnapLogic’s generative AI services
Generative AI is disrupting many sectors, and that includes the world of marketing: gen-AI presents huge opportunities and marketers are always on the lookout for a competitive edge. But, as with all new technologies, the challenge is figuring out how to use it to your best advantage.
To meet this need, the Credera team has added a new generative AI service to its current Marketing Analytics Platform (MAP) offering in collaboration with one of our partners, SnapLogic, a leader in generative integration.
Today, at SnapLogic’s Integreat Tour in San Francisco, Credera’s Chief Digital Officer Phil Lockhart and Chief Data Scientist Vincent Yates unveiled a new version of Credera’s Marketing Analytics Platform (MAP) asset now harnessing the power of generative integration from SnapLogic’s latest product, SnapGPT.
With SnapGPT, MAP is more effective for marketers using common / natural language to drive strategic results quickly and relieving dependencies on other teams. By using both open source and proprietary AI and large language models, SnapGPT can create in-depth connections between sources and targets in a matter of minutes instead of days. This allows MAP users to build dynamic content that matches the exact description of their consumer segments or generate even more precise and personalized copy and imagery.
MAP ingests, unifies, and enriches first and third-party data to generate the marketing insights that marketers need to deliver more personalized consumer experiences, predict trends, understand target audiences, and ultimately drive sales. SnapGPT introduces natural language prompts in nearly 100 different languages to MAP, allowing users with any job title or technical skill level can get hands-on with MAP. Previously, marketing specialists needed to either have familiarity with integration pipelines or rely on IT to build integrations that connect multiple data sources and applications. SnapGPT now provides MAP users a productivity advantage as they can now build and automate tasks that were previously done manually.
Credera’s MAP is already being used to support businesses across a variety of sectors to create end-to-end marketing processes, build best-in-class personalization experiences, and create high-quality, AI-powered marketing content.
If you’re at Integreat SF today, don’t forget to catch Credera’s session. And if you’re based in the UK, you won’t be missing out, as Credera will also be presenting at Integreat London on November 2.
