Gama Healthcare Chooses Credera and Salesforce for Digital Transformation

Gama Healthcare (Gama), a global company leading the way in infection prevention technology, has chosen Credera to transition its sales, service and marketing teams to the world’s #1 CRM, Salesforce.

Growing year on year since their foundation in 2004, and growing by 142% during the pandemic, Gama is targeting an exciting and substantial growth phase. They identified the need for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to support that growth.

Credera will implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) in the first phase of the digital transformation. This will enable defined sales processes across three distinct sales teams, create a ticketing system across multiple channels, and enable marketing automation across the business.
