When Analytics and Business Intelligence Consultant, Amanda Dearman was looking for a new employer coming from an industry environment, she was immediately drawn to Credera for the values and work-life focus. “Credera was actually at the top of the list,” says Amanda.
While we always prioritize the needs of our clients, we also want our employees to be great—both at work and at home. We genuinely want to make it possible to attend that soccer game or take a little girl to dance class. Sometimes we find ourselves in a stagnant place, but a few words of encouragement can instantly change a person’s confidence and attitude about their work.
Senior Consultant, Shelby Strodel shares how she experienced encouragement when she was handpicked for a project, “That was a type of encouragement that was very tangible to me.” We want to be in the habit of providing constant “in flight feedback”—both helpful pointers and genuine encouragement.
