EmployBridge, America’s largest staffing and workforce solutions provider, was recently recognized by the American Staffing Association with a 2018 Genius Award for their robust new mobile app platform. According to the American Staffing Association, the Genius Award entries are judged on a numeric scale by a panel of communication experts. Each entry is judged for its visual appeal, content and message, originality of approach, objectives achieved, and overall effectiveness.
EmployBridge’s commitment to innovation in the staffing space is truly what sets them apart. They are focused on providing excellent experiences for their associates and partners through technology. With their associate’s best interest in mind, EmployBridge set out to develop a dynamic mobile application for both Android and iOS that would be offered across their portfolio of 16 staffing brands.
EmployBridge’s groundbreaking mobile app dramatically accelerates the once manual process of filling an open position by sending a mobile notification to all qualified candidates at once. Those candidates can then confirm interest within the app until all available positions are filled. The details of each position (like dress code, shift time, location, etc.) are also preloaded within the app, which reduces the need for recruiters to follow up one-on-one with each applicant. Once employees have been placed on an assignment, the app also allows associates the ability to sign and complete their onboarding paperwork from any mobile device and access their pay stub information. Ultimately, the time it takes to fill positions is decreased because the manual processes are automated, allowing for better accuracy and faster placements for good people looking for jobs.
By creating a fully digital and mobile-friendly process, EmployBridge drastically improved user experience for associates and increased their competitive advantage in the staffing industry. The integration across internal platforms improved sustainability, lowered costs, and enabled better governance, versioning, and storage of associate documents. These improvements are significant, especially since EmployBridge onboards over 15,000 associates each week.
