We are excited to share with you our third annual diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing (DEI&W) report. We are once again proud to showcase our growth, our commitments, stories of impact, and our lessons learned in our efforts to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing across the global Credera team and network.
Our DEI&W mission is to change the consulting environment so it embraces more individuals from diverse backgrounds. We want people to feel a sense of belonging at Credera, where all can express their differences, and we also hope to inspire other organizations to do the same.
About this year’s report
In this report, you will get a look into what has changed, how we have updated our roadmaps to support shifting business priorities, and what we are doing to ensure all Credera team members have what they need to learn, thrive, and grow amid what has been a difficult business season to navigate. The insights and findings in this report help indicate where we must focus to drive meaningful progress. It is our call to action—to act on opportunities for growth, assess systemic challenges at hand, and create strategies and solutions to overcome them.
It’s been a tough year for consulting, and we will be even more determined over the coming year to stand up for DEI&W both in our workplace and in our communities. There is much work to be done to change the status quo and our Credera team is working hard to implement change, lead with empathy, and lean in when times are challenging.
