To achieve this, we are delighted to share our second annual externally facing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing (DEI&W) annual report. We believe it is important to demonstrate and articulate our commitments and goals around diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing to hold ourselves accountable to our goals, to acknowledge the progress we have made so far, and to be open about where we are heading in the future.
This report takes an honest look at our current state, both from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. At Credera, we are big believers in making data-driven decisions; in preparing this report we took an honest look at our representation data, which extends beyond the basic aggregate data, to identify hot spots where we are not reflecting the diversity of the communities we are in.
The insights and findings in this report help indicate where we must focus to drive meaningful progress. It is our call to action—to act on opportunities for growth, assess systemic challenges at hand, and create strategies and solutions to overcome them.
Our team at Credera realizes this DEI&W journey is not a sprint, it is a marathon and we are up for the challenges and the amazing outcomes along the way!
