In this edition, you’ll get to know Cristina Niver, a Senior Manager in our Management Consulting practice.
Cristina joined Credera almost seven and a half year ago and was transitioning from a big firm where she felt lost in a sea of people. Her decision to join Credera was based on the mentorship she received throughout the interview process – it was evident to Cristina that Credera cared about its people and delivering excellence to clients. When Cristina and her husband decided to start a family, she knew she wanted to be the primary caregiver to their children while also progressing in her career. She wanted to find a creative way to feel fulfilled in both her journey in motherhood and progression to partner someday, so she approached the conversation with Credera leadership.
