Credera Service Day 2025: Leaving our desks for 690 hours of local impact

At Credera, we are on a mission to make an extraordinary impact in our surrounding communities and beyond. Credera Service Day, a Credera Community Impact initiative, is our unique chance to make a collective difference by leaving our desks and spending time in community service across our North American markets.

About Credera’s Service Day

At Credera, we exist not only to be a viable business that does great work for our clients, but also to create pathways to success for those in the communities where we live.

One of the ways we fulfill this mission and demonstrate our commitment to our local communities is through Service Day.

Service Day is an opportunity for U.S. Credera team members to step away from work for the day and come together to serve and make an impact on our local communities.

Service Day 2025

Throughout the week of April 21, Credera served 22 different nonprofit partners through 25 unique Service Day events, contributing 690 volunteer hours across our North American markets, and impacting over 2,700 people in our communities.

Some examples of the events included:

• Coached 150 high school seniors on resume building with the Posse Foundation.

• Sorted 2,000 pounds of electronic waste with PCs for People.

• Assembled 600 STEM summer camp materials with Girlstart.

“Volunteering with [Junior Achievement] to teach elementary students financial literacy was extremely rewarding,” said a Credera senior consultant. “The students were very engaged, and it felt like we really made a difference with our perspectives and the lessons we went through with them.”

About Credera Community Impact

Credera Community Impact (CCI) is Credera’s philanthropic arm focused on positively impacting the communities we serve. CCI provides opportunities to make a collective difference by leaving our desks and spending time in community service across each of our markets.

The mission of CCI is to make a difference in the lives of people who are circumstantially blocked from reaching their full potential, specifically in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education and awareness. We work with people of all ages and backgrounds, but primarily with students and nonprofits promoting education and STEM to diverse groups of people.

CCI is organized into three pillars:

1. Inspire: Directly serving constituents.

2. Create: Developing materials and programs to serve constituents.

3. Elevate: Helping our nonprofit partner organizations serve their constituents more effectively.

Ongoing impact in the community
