Credera is thrilled to announce its recent Great Place to Work certification awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute, an organization dedicated to building a better society by helping companies transform their workplaces.
Credera’s employees were given an anonymous survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Trust Index. Below is a summary of the employee feedback:
“These ratings measure Credera’s capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace—critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with Credera should take into account as an indicator of high performance,” said Kim Peters, vice president of Great Place to Work’s Recognition Program.
Credera earned high marks across the board. For example, 99% of all employees say, “people care about each other here.” Some of the perks that make Credera stand out include an all-expenses paid trip for employees (and spouses) during years when financial goals are met, an opportunity to give back to the community through Credera Service Day, and a myriad of company-wide events including Night at the Ballpark, happy hours and ping pong tournaments.
“According to our study, 96 percent of Credera employees say it is a great workplace,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Great Place to Work’s senior editor. Credera employees completed 155 surveys, resulting in a 95 percent confidence level (with a margin of error of 3.54 percent).
The Great Place to Work model is based on 25 years of research and millions of surveys. This is the first year Credera has participated in the Great Place to Work Recognition Program. Other Great Place to Work certified companies include Google, Yelp, The Container Store, REI, and Whole Foods.
