In February 2023, Great Place to Work® UK recognized Credera for cultivating high levels of employee wellbeing in their inaugural UK’s Best Workplace™ for Wellbeing rankings. This year, we were delighted to see Credera rank third among the organizations recognized in the UK’s Best Workplace™ for Wellbeing large company category rankings.
Great Place to Work’s culture experts analyzed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work to determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fullfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organization was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
Helen Kilvington, Chief People Officer at Credera, said: “We’re thrilled to once again be recognised as a UK Best Workplace for Wellbeing and see the steps that we’ve taken to build a positive workplace come to fruition. Fostering high levels of employee wellbeing and engagement is a key part of our ongoing mission to make an extraordinary impact on our clients, our people, and our communities.”
We know that our people are what make our firm a success, and championing an environment that recognizes the importance of health and wellbeing is what enables them to thrive. We’re delighted that our investment in processes and initiatives to protect our team's wellbeing is having a meaningful impact, and would like to thank all of our people for making Credera such a caring place to work.
