Credera Named One of the 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials by Great Place to Work and Fortune
Great Place to Work has honored Credera as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials. This year, Credera ranked 36th in the small and medium category. This is Credera’s second time being named to this prestigious list. This ranking comes in addition to being named to Fortune’s list of Best Workplaces in Texas, ranking fifth on the UK’s Best Workplaces in 2020 list, ranking 20th on the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services list, and achieving Great Place to Work’s official certification.
The Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 463,000 current employees across the U.S. In that survey, 98% of Credera employees said Credera is a great place to work. This number is 39 points higher than the average U.S. company.

About the Best Workplaces for Millennials Award
The Best Workplaces for Millennials Award is highly competitive. To determine the 2021 Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Millennials list, Great Place to Work analyzed confidential survey feedback representing more than 5.3 million people.
“The Best Workplaces for Millennials treat their employees like people, not just employees,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “These companies foster caring and respect for one another, at every level of the organization. The result is millennial employees who say they look forward to coming to work and—as our research says—are 50 times more likely to stay a long time.”
Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a great place to work. 85% of the evaluation is based on what millennials say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do. Great Place to Work analyzes survey feedback relative to each organization’s size, workforce make up, and what’s typical relative to their peers in the industry. The remaining 15% of the rank is based on an assessment of millennials’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced. To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard and employ at least 50 millennials.
