On Nov. 14, 2021, the Houston Chronicle named Credera a Houston Chronicle Top Workplace in 2021. Credera ranked 10th on the list and this is the first time our Houston office has received this recognition.

Credera a Top Workplace in Houston
The Top Workplaces program is designed to highlight organizations creating exceptional company cultures and great work environments for their employees. After the nomination period, employees of participating companies were contacted by email to measure how true 22 short statements were about their organizations in categories such as diversity, perks, ethics, family friendliness, and others.
Organizations throughout Houston were selected as a Top Workplace based on how they measured in employee surveys on several qualities such as leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation, and benefits.
Rankings were determined based on quantitative employee feedback, company statements, and demographic information collected within the Top Workplace survey. This year, over 55,000 employees were surveyed.
