For this award, the statements were weighted based on the most important factors to millennials in a workplace. The survey focused on evaluating millennials’ trust and experience in reaching their full potential at work, as well as their consistent daily experiences with their company’s values, their leaders’ effectiveness, and innovation.
Great Place to Work verifies the trustworthiness of survey responses by applying their Trust Index, and company news, size, makeup, financial performance, comparison to industry peers, and any anomalies are taken into consideration to ensure survey answers are truly representative.
