Credera Moves Into Its New Dallas Office Headquarters

DALLAS (10/03/2011) – Today, Credera marks its first day of business in its new headquarters in Dallas. The company will now reside at The Colonnade located at 15303 Dallas Parkway, Suite 300, Addison, TX 75001. Over the past 18 months, Credera has attracted a number of talented individuals, which has resulted in a significant increase in headcount at the Dallas office. For a period of time, the Dallas Headquarters, which was formally located at Park Central 789, was able to lease additional temporary office space to accommodate its growing workforce, but has now decided to relocate within Dallas altogether and office under the same roof.

Credera engaged Altschuler and Company to handle lease negotiations with CBRE and offered their services and time to Credera throughout the design and build out process. Brian Barnes with ENTOS Design was responsible for the space plan and overall layout of 17,000 square feet of office space from start to finish while Metroplex Contractors won the bid to build out the space.
