This annual list recognizes standout internship programs deemed to be the best in the United States. The results are based on company nominations, industry expert judges, and thousands of public votes.

They set up professional skills development sessions for interns, they hosted pancake breakfasts and alumni happy hours, and project teams sent interns gifts and personalized notes on National Intern Day. It’s everyone at Credera who makes our internship program a success!”

Thousands of companies submitted nominations with detailed information about their internship programs. The final list’s selection is based 30% on public votes and 70% on scores by a panel of qualified judges. Each year’s selection process is extremely competitive, and only about 50-60% of winners from a prior year are selected again.

About Credera’s internship program
Credera’s 10-week summer internship program provides a professionally challenging experience that allows students to immerse themselves in the consulting world. Our top priority is to provide an honest demonstration of Credera’s culture and our consulting engagements so students can fully understand who we are, what we do, and whether they want to join Credera full-time if given the opportunity. Our interns are treated as full-time employees as they are staffed on a current project team, invited to all-company events, and engaged in our professional development programs and career performance management processes.
Why Credera’s internship program stands out
Credera’s internship program provides students with real-world consulting experiences that cannot be learned in the classroom. Once interns complete their onboarding process, they are immediately staffed on consulting projects. Interns work side-by-side on a team with full-time employees on their project work. Through these projects interns gain experience interacting face to face with our clients through meetings and presentations. Some interns even have the opportunity to travel to the client site as part of the Credera team. These experiences offer a unique perspective and broaden interns’ understanding of consulting.
Outside of client work, interns are treated just like our full-time employees. They’re invited to all-company events, receive transparent communications from Credera leadership, and participate in our internal professional development and mentorship programs. Through these experiences interns develop skills and build relationships that contribute to their success regardless of their chosen career path.
Finally, our top priority is to provide an honest demonstration of Credera’s culture, core values and our consulting engagements so that interns can fully understand who we are, what we do, and whether Credera is the right fit for them. One way we do this is by incorporating a Core Value Award into the internship program. Interns can nominate their peers who exemplify Credera’s core values. A Credera leader then presents winners with the award at our Leadership Development Conference. It’s a unique and meaningful way to celebrate the interns and recognize their embodiment of our values.
