Serving others has always been apart of the DNA of Credera. We desire to serve not only our clients and employees, but also our local communities. Our goal is to invest our time, talent and resources into people and programs in ways we believe will have an immediate and meaningful impact.
For this reason, Credera is excited to host OpenGive|Houston on Thursday, October 20th through Saturday, October 22nd at the Houston Food Bank’s Conference Center.
OpenGive is a hackathon focused on building world class software using open source technologies that aims to make a substantial difference in how non-profits execute their mission. OpenGive provides an opportunity for software developers, designers, web strategists and technology enthusiasts to use their project management, creative and technical skills to help Houston based non-profit organizations reach their full potential.
Well-Deserving Beneficiaries of OpenGive|Houston
Partnering non-profits for OpenGive|Houston include the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation and Pain is Power Inc. Each group will submit projects, planned to be completed during the course of the three-day event. We are excited to gather some of the brightest technical minds in Houston to help these organizations more effectively execute their mission by leveraging cutting edge technology!
Applications are currently being accepted for additional non-profits. We welcome interested organizations to submit an application.
