For over 30 years, the Houston Chapter of the American Marketing Association has been rewarding Houston’s best marketers for “achieving amazing results by taking intelligent risks” at the annual Crystal Awards. This year, Credera is honored to be a finalist alongside Ben E. Keith in the Electronic and Online Marketing category.
Ben E. Keith, a regional distributor of food and service products and premium alcoholic beverages, wanted to create a digital experience for its customers that matched the exceptional level of service defined by its brand promise. Ben E. Keith engaged Credera to design and build a new platform that would allow its customers and employees to build a deeper partnership with one another.
The Ben E. Keith and Credera team was nominated for their new, customer centric technology platform that aggregates all key business functions (e.g., food ordering, product catalog search, analytics, bill payment, etc.) in a single solution. Called the Entrée System, Ben E. Keith’s proprietary solution has an intuitive design that is accessible from both web and mobile platforms.
Since it’s inception in 2015, the platform has enhanced customer experience and strengthened customer partnerships by allowing marketing and sales representatives to spend less time manually entering orders, and more time face-to-face with customers. Overall, sales representatives have experienced a 33% decrease in time spent managing recurring orders. Additionally, improved product search using enhanced terms and scoring results has resulted in timesavings of 50%. Ben E. Keith’s sales and marketing teams have also experienced a 20% increase in efficiency with targeting campaigns.
