Life Hack: Don’t just dream, dream bigger…. then act with fanatical execution. Engage deeply with junior level associates at least once a quarter and listen to their ideas.
Favorite Tech Tool: I think the compass is up there, as it’s enabled human exploration since 200 B.C. and is a symbol of seeking the unknown. ARPANET is my second favorite which is the internet as we know it today, when coupled with Tim Berners-Lee world-wide-web it’s transformed the modern world.
“Now Playing”: The Grand Tour – cars, boats, global travel, and British sarcasm, what’s not to like!
Favorite Book: The Black Tulip by Alexandre Dumas & The Algebra of Data: A Foundation for the Data Economy by Gary Sherman and Robin Bloor.
Personal Goal: To receive an Order of the British Empire (OBE), which is a knighthood, rewarding contributions to the arts, sciences, work with charitable and or welfare organizations and public service outside of civil service.
Personal Values: Honor, Loyalty, Trust, and Perseverance.
Client Experience Highlight: So far, I’m just excited to be able to share our story. From Great West Financial to Western Union, to State of Colorado and even McDonald’s, they are all intrigued by what we are building as a family at Credera. I can’t tell enough people. (PS: thank you to our awesome Management Consulting team for all their help on Point of View’s so far)
Mentorship Experience: Trent Sutton’s been my mentor, his subtle and quiet support is brilliant. I’ve learned his expectations are high, for sushi that is. As with all great mentor’s his style is akin to an eagle, he’ll push you out of the nest to teach you to fly, but he’ll catch you before you crash.

Favorite App: I’m really into Memrise at the moment. The app teaches foreign languages through a series of games. Es muy divertido.
Life Hack: Wurkin Stiffs are a game changer when it comes to avoiding the inevitable floppy collar on dress shirts.
Favorite Book: I don’t know if I have an all-time favorite, but I’ve been reading books by Malcom Gladwell and Randy Alcorn lately. Where the Red Fern Grows will always be special to me because it reminds me of my grandparents’ farm.
Passions Outside of Work: I’m lucky to mentor two boys through an organization called Mercy Street. They are a huge blessing in my life.
Favorite Sports Team: I’ve been a Dallas Cowboys fan since I was a little kid, and even though it may take years off of my life, I’m a diehard Arkansas Razorbacks fan as well.
Personal Goal: I’m on pace to visit every continent by the time I’m 30. Still some work to do, but I think it would be pretty cool to pull it off!
Favorite Credera Memory: It’s hard to top the company trip in Laguna Beach. From the dinners to the packed dance floor on Saturday night, it was such an incredible weekend. I’m thankful to work for a company that celebrates well together.
How You’ve Seen the Core Values Lived Out at Credera: I consistently see Bryan Plantes serve others at work. Whether it’s our team, the client, or 3rd party vendors, he approaches every situation with humility. I really admire that.

Passions Outside of Work: My husband and I are both foodies so we love to cook and try new places ranging from hole in the wall restaurants to Michelin Star restaurants.
Office Music Playlist: Currently, the “Big Little Lies” soundtrack. It includes a wide variety of artists such as Leon Bridges, The Flaming Lips, Fleetwood Mac, Frank Ocean, Sufjan Stevens, and Elvis Presley.

How You’ve Seen the Core Values Lived Out at Credera: I look forward to Service Day every year because I get to work with the brightest, smartest and most compassionate people with a shared goal in mind – to serve our community well. Every volunteer truly demonstrates the core values on this day and they are a great reminder of why I joined Credera 4 years ago.
Best Advice You’ve Received: When I accepted my offer with Credera, my brother, a Lieutenant colonel in the army, advised me to forget everything I thought I knew at the time and enter the job with a hunger for new knowledge and growth, so basically unlearn and relearn. It’s the most humbling advice I’ve ever received.
