LIFE AT CREDERA | ERG

Credera Veterans Network

The Credera Veterans Network (CVN) engages elite veteran talent to improve client outcomes, increase Credera connectedness, and contribute to veteran and first-responder causes by mobilizing Credera team members to creatively procure and activate veteran talent.

CVN was created to help veterans at Credera feel a sense of community at the firm and utilize the valuable skills gained during their military service such as servant leadership, adaptability to ambiguous situations, and the ability to build deep relationships.

MISSION

We activate for impact.

The CVN focuses on finding future veteran talent, supporting veterans as they transition from the military, building meaningful veteran connections across our organization, and activating our veterans to make a positive impact on our clients, our fellow Credera teammates, and our community.

The military places special emphasis on building community across service member units but also across military families within those units. So we aim to help onboard spouses in addition to transitioning service members by making an outsized effort to include the family in recruiting and onboarding events.

COMMUNITY

Empowering growth.

The CVN hosts a variety of panels, events, and sessions geared toward the professional and personal development of our veteran community. Our veteran network extends beyond Credera—we actively engage in programs and charity events to support the broader veteran community and their families.

By championing the talents and lessons of our veterans, we reinforce our core values and create platforms for open, insightful, and innovative conversations. The CVN provides deep, strategic thinking that directly benefits our people, company, and clients.

Empowering growth.
