Seema Desai is a Partner in the Management Consulting Practice at Credera and the lead of Credera Health. She joined the firm as a Manager in our Management Consulting practice in 2015. Seema currently leads Credera Health, overseeing the firm’s healthcare capabilities and clients. She is also active internally, leading and serving as the Executive Sponsor of the Credera Women’s Network and as a member on Credera's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.  Seema has 15 years of management, technology, and operations experience across various industries, including healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing, and consumer products. Her areas of focus include project management, market analysis, organizational and process design, business strategy, and people management. Prior to joining Credera, Seema was a Cardiology Manager at NorthShore University Health System and a consultant at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University. Outside of the office, Seema enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and anything to do with dance!
