Rich is a Principal at Credera aligned within the Management Consulting Practice focusing on organizational strategy and transformation. Rich joined Credera in 2021 to establish Credera’s Seattle presence and became the Seattle Market Lead in 2022. In this role he is focused on client engagement and growth, community impact, and office and practitioner development. In addition to his Market Lead role Rich supports the organizational change practice and industry aligned opportunities within Credera Health. Throughout Rich’s professional services career he has focused on strategy execution and transformation. He has worked with clients ranging from local non-profits to the Fortune 500. Prior to joining Credera Rich held practice leadership roles in several boutique firms as well as supporting clients for Deloitte within the organizational transformation practice. Rich started his career in the classroom teaching math and science in addition to coaching multiple sports. 

Rich completed his undergraduate studies at Northwest Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. He went on to complete a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Bethel University. He has also continued his education through Cornell University with certificates in Change Leadership, Project Leadership, and Executive Leadership. Outside of work Rich takes advantage of the many outdoor activities the Pacific Northwesthas to offer. He has been most recently focused on completing visits to many of the Seattle tourist attractions with his two teenage daughters. He also enjoys backcountry hiking, recently completing a solo trip to Enchanted Valley within Olympic National Park.
