Kevin leads Credera’s digital experience platforms capability, where he helps our clients select, implement, and optimise modern technology platforms to deliver standout customer experiences that drive growth and sales for their organisations.
He partners with clients as they embark on their transformation journey, ensuring they deliver on their future business and customer experience goals, enabled by the right technology.
Kevin has broad experience across digital experience, commerce, marketing, and workflow orchestration platforms. He has also successfully advised business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) organisations.
Kevin is proud to have started out ‘on the tools’ cutting code and leading .net development. That means he is well placed to advise our clients on the practical realities of implementing new platforms and guide them past the many trapdoors and pitfalls along the way.
He has built a reputation as an approachable, driven, and dedicated leader with a passion for helping companies modernize their digital customer experience and transform the ways they engage and connect with their customers.
Prior to Credera, Kevin spent more than 10 years in consulting roles with Orchard Consulting, Empired, and Capgemini looking after a range of enterprise clients.
