The client originally engaged Credera to solve a painful problem with a new guest waitlist system. Guests were having a bad experience, the technology was unstable, and the capabilities of the off-the-shelf system did not align with the client’s unique operational processes. In addition, as the client expanded to new locations, the manual deployment process was becoming increasingly time consuming and cumbersome.
