At Credera, our Gender Diversity network seeks to clarify and remove barriers faced by people of all genders and work towards gender parity. Success for us means having market-leading policies, practices, and representation on gender in place, so that eventually we are no longer required.

Forging paths to equal representation and recognition.

Our goal is to meet our targets for senior and total representation for female and underrepresented genders at Credera. We aim to gain assurance of our efforts to meet gender equity by attaining external accreditation. To learn best practices where gender plays a part, we collaborate with external committees that focus on diversity and inclusion and launch new gender-related policies to ensure equal opportunities for all.

Charting the course for pay equality.

For pay equality, our goal is to continue to measure gender pay gaps and meet a target for reduction.  We will be further measuring our progress by building on our Pay Gap Report, focusing on how everyone can be more mindful of gender-related bias and reviewing our practices to address it.
