Aaron is a Partner at Credera in our Houston office, where he leads our Houston Market and is responsible for client delivery and engagement. He joined the firm as a Senior Consultant in our Management Consulting practice in 2016. In January 2023, he was promoted to Partner and Houston Market Leader. Aaron leads operations and cultural engagement for our people in Houston and oversees clients within the retail energy and utility industries. His consulting experience is focused primarily in executing B2B and B2C digital transformation, portfolio management, product design, software selection, and business process improvement.

Aaron has led numerous engagements in the oil and gas, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology industries. Prior to joining Credera, Aaron worked at Enaxis Consulting and Deloitte Consulting. Aaron received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Honors from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys working out, mentoring newlywed couples with his wife Chris Ann at Houston’s First Baptist Church, and spending time with his son Harris and daughter Annie.
