Kelly Services, the 5th largest US staffing firm, had experienced considerable expansion of its Science, Engineering, Technology and Telecom (SETT) division through multiple acquisitions. However, these acquisitions were siloed across multiple technology stacks, preventing expected synergies. Kelly Services engaged Credera to define a strategic unification approach.
