Developing the right product.
We performed an initial discovery phase to determine impact the integration would have on existing systems and processes. This phase helped the unified team focus on the end goal of providing a user-friendly and easy enrollment experience for EmployBridge associates.
By adopting a single sign-on model within the existing associate portal we were able to ensure a native and familiar experience to associate while maintaining control of eligibility requirements. We developed API endpoints, allowing Penn Foster to deliver course enrollment and completion data directly to EmployBridge’s CRM which surfaced aggregated and detailed participation metrics to branch staff informing them of newly acquired skills by their associates.
